How do I book a seat?
Open the app, select your vehicle, choose your From and To cities, pick your date and time, select your seat, and book your journey in just a few taps.
What payment methods are accepted?
Pay securely using EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. Complete your payment, upload the receipt, and confirm your booking with ease.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Requests made within the last 2 hours before departure may not qualify for a refund, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption and never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Driver

How do I become a driver?
After completing the verification process, your vehicle is automatically onboarded 3 hours before the departure time you have scheduled. This ensures you're ready to receive passengers and start your trip on time.
When do I get paid?
Drivers receive their earnings daily after completing their trips. Payments are securely transferred to the driver's selected bank account.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Only comfortable, air-conditioned (AC) vans and sedan cars are accepted on Assan Safar. Every vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and meet our safety and quality standards to provide passengers with a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Can I drive part‑time?
Yes! You can drive anytime you want — no minimum hours required. It's a flexible way to earn extra income.
Ticket Cancellation

ٹکٹ کینسلیشن پالیسی

  • روانگی سے کم از کم 2 گھنٹے پہلے ٹکٹ منسوخ کی جا سکتی ہے۔
  • ٹکٹ منسوخ کرنے پر 30% رقم بطور سروس چارج کاٹی جائے گی۔
  • روانگی سے 2 گھنٹے سے کم وقت پہلے ٹکٹ منسوخ نہیں کی جا سکتی۔
  • گاڑی روانہ ہونے کے بعد ٹکٹ منسوخ نہیں کی جائے گی اور رقم واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
    • منسوخ کی گئی ٹکٹ کی رقم 2 سے 3 گھنٹوں میں واپس کی جائے گی۔
