What payment methods are accepted?
Pay securely using EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. Complete your payment, upload the receipt, and confirm your booking with ease.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking before driver accept request. Requests made after accept driver your request may not qualify for a refund, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption and never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

How do I become a driver?
After completing the verification process, your vehicle is automatically onboarded 3 hours before the departure time you have scheduled. This ensures you're ready to receive passengers and start your trip on time.
When do I get paid?
Drivers receive their earnings daily after completing their trips. Payments are securely transferred to the driver's selected bank account.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Only comfortable, air-conditioned (AC) vans and sedan cars are accepted on Assan Safar. Every vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and meet our safety and quality standards to provide passengers with a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Can I drive part‑time?
Yes! You can drive anytime you want — no minimum hours required. It's a flexible way to earn extra income.

کار بکنگ پالیسی

  • ڈرائیور کی جانب سے بکنگ قبول کرنے سے پہلے بکنگ منسوخ کرنے پر 10% رقم سروس چارجز کے طور پر کاٹی جائے گی۔
  • ڈرائیور کی جانب سے ٹرپ قبول کرنے کے بعد بکنگ منسوخ کرنے پر 20% رقم سروس چارجز کے طور پر کاٹی جائے گی۔
  • اگر ڈرائیور ٹرپ شروع کر دیتا ہے تو اس کے بعد بکنگ منسوخ نہیں کی جا سکتی۔
  • ٹرپ شروع ہونے کے بعد بکنگ کی رقم واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
